Hinata giggled, "I can tell that Lee and Reka loves each other. And I can tell that Reka thinks of Kai like a brother. Negi also thinks that way too. It solely depends on what happens in the future though. What ever happens...happens. Right now, they are thinking on how they can help here and now. With the situation we are in. The Sound and others are hot on our tail, not to mention after you."

Reka looked at Lee, then at Kai, "y-yes...about what happened earlier." She looked at the ground, "Before I was fully consumed by my cursed blood...I can hear thoughts...it's a technique that Hajima has. You know everything now, Kai...no secrets... that's my other...my blood transformed. As what you thought...a monster." She looked up at him as she said the hurtful words to him.

Negi looked at Lee, "So...what's happening? Something's bothering you, isn't it Lee?"

Tsunade was discussing plans with Gaara. 

Reka nodded slowly. "But to think...nevermind...I'll get over it. Sorry for burdening you with something this trivial." She gave a sadden look to Lee. It bothered her, but she knew over time it would fade.

Hinata nodded, "I understand that you aren't Ninja. That's one thing why are here to help. Yes, Lee and Reka are close. It's for them to decide later on if they want to strengthen that bond they already have." She gave a warming smile to Karin.

Negi popped Kai on the head, "Dolt. Don't run off alone. The Sound Ninja are out and about. No matter how tough you are, we all have weaknesses. I do. I may be Jounin...but I can't take on a tribe of Ninjas let alone a Sanin that's learned Forbidden Jutsu. Come on. I believe Reka needs to talk to you. Your worrying everyone too." 

Reka looked at Lee, her eyes filling with tears. She place her hand over her heart. "Here. I think of Kai as a brother...as I now realize that, and it kind of hurts to hear the thoughts of a person that you know...that think that you are a monster..."

Tsunade nodded, "As I thought. We all need to procede with caution." She notices Kai is missing. "Where did Kai get off to..." Negi didn't like the fact Kai was missing. He looked at Lee and Reka, "You two stay here. I have to find Kai. You both have suffered a great deal, and your chakra levels are low. I'll be back with him in one piece." Negi then went to look for Kai.

Shikamaru sweatdropped, "EH!? Geez...you women take it too serious...I'ma laid back kind of guy...thought I got that through your thick head of yours." He pointed to his head, making a droopy face. At least he was honest about being lazy.

Kiba laughed, "You don't understand what anyone says Shikamaru!"

Hinata smiled, "It wasn't me. Negi and Reka took care of him. Ever since Reka and Lee have been kids, Negi's been with them, until they were able to go to the Ninja School. Reka's about to be 14. This mission is taking a toll on her, but she's found her other half. Between us...since we are both females, do you know what Reka is going through? Pain and confusment...?" She asked Karin. "Reka's half Hyuuga and Half Chiyo...Konoha and Cloud." 

Reka looked at Lee, "Lee...something...is hurting. Could it be the memories of the past...when I scarred you? Call me crazy...but Hajima is right...though not all. Kai thought of me...as a monster..."

 'I"ve always known them both. Though I now realize something...I like Kai...but as a brother. Lee...he's completely different from that...'

Reka trembled, thinking on what she said and what Kai thought. 'heh...it makes sense...I'll overpower Hajima...I'll show them that I can control what's inside me...'

Shikamaru looked at Temari, "eeeeh?? You again?" He scratched his head and sighed, "Guess we're stuck with ya..."

Tsunade chuckled, "Anyway. Gaara, any news your way of the Sound Ninja?" She looked at him serious.

Neji nodded.

Hinata smiled, "I'll go check on Karin." She ran into the tent that housed Karin. 

Tsunade closed her eyes and sighed, "Understandable."

Reka opened her eyes. Tsunade asked her, "Can you walk?" Reka moved to sit up, "I-I think so..." She looked up and saw Seroshi and Lee. "Here." Tsunade helped her and then she went to Lee, "Hmm...looks like you  both had it bad." Tsunade gave some Chakra to Lee as well. "Come on. Karin is waiting."

Hinata smiled and bowed, "It's good to see you again, Kaze." (she's giving Gaara respect)

Shikamaru sighed, "How many more are coming? We already have ANBU..."

Kiba smiled, "The more, the better."

Negi nodded, "It's good to see you, old friend."

Tsunade and the others arrived soon after, "Oy! Sorry about the late appearance!" Reka had her head down to the ground, not looking up. 

Hinata sighed, "I don't think so."

Negi shook his head. "Drop it, Hinata. If he wants to keep it to himself, he can."

Tsunade closed her eyes, "I'm going to get them. Wait until Gaara and the others get here. They will protect Karin." She looked at Karin. "Stay here, okay? I'll bring to here...safely." She then darted in the direction she sensed they were there.

Tsunade saw them and stopped about 10 yards from them. "OY!!" She ran to them. "What on earth? Don't tell me you both used your forbidden techniques...?" (she's referring to Hajima and the Jagan.)

She sighed, "Sit Reka down...I need to replinish her chakra. As I need to replinish yours too, Lee. I guess what you 2 did....couldn't be helped, I presume? Kai told me nothing....he's only white in the face, like he saw a monster...or a ghost. I'm guessing he saw Hajima?" 

Hajima stumbled backwards, a few yards from Lee. She just grinned and snickered, "All's fair in love and war! Rubbish..." Her eyes then turned blue, then steel grey lavender. "WHAT!?"

'I'll not allow you to do anything of the cause you want. I'll become stronger...and allow you to rest in peace...' Reka's mind overpowered Hajima's will. Steam rose from her body as Reka came from it...falling to the ground. "Lee-kun..." Her eyes shown of tears, then closed them as there was no more chakra in her...only enough to substain her life.

'Why! Reka...' Hajima spat. 'Because you have been suffering...Lee and I are different then what was in the past... Whatever happen centuries past...doesn't concern Lee and I...you need to rest...I'll find a way...even if if means I have to go alone.' Reka smiled mentally. 'Then don't summon me...until you have found that.' Hajima calmly said. 'okay. if I do...I won't be able to stop you...' Reka said. 'I'll give you something...A seal. I'll protect you...but I must sleep for 3 years. Do NOT summon until then...I'll become a guardian, until you find a way to cure me. Until...good bye.'

Reka opened her eyes again. She tried to get up, whincing at the pain, mental and physical. Her chakra drained she turned her head to face Lee...saying only, "I'm sorry to have cause you so much pain. Looks....like I'm in debt to you now." She smiled as she plummeted to the ground again, this time unconscious.

Negi, at the camp, looked at Tsunade, Kai, and Karin. "She's all right. So is Lee. They'll need medical attention. Hinata...Lady Tsunade..can you?"

They both nodded, "Yes."

Hinata looked at Kai, whose face was still white. As if he saw a ghost. "Kai-san? Is something wrong? You look as though you saw a ghost?" Hinata asked. 

Reka, or Hajima, got up from the blow she took. She wiped her face and began snickering. Her eyes were covered in darkness, "You have guts to face me again, Jagan...You never learn, do you? It was only a little fluke, that you allowed me to cower back behind Reka...using her as my shield. Jagan has no power over me."

'But I do!" Reka's mind woke up. 'I summoned you only to get rid of Juun! Not Lee! Yes...what Kai said hurt...but I'll get over it..I won't allow you to hurt any of my friends!!! Nor Lee...I won't allow you to hurt him...'

"Ah...but deary...look at him...Jagan seems to be eager to fight me...He isn't Lee..." Her eyes went crimson with bloodlust. "I'll make sure you won't get hurt anymore, Reka...Besides...why do you think I possess every first born female child...? Hmm?" Hajima asked. She grinned, "I was was raped...and killed by THE JAGAN!"

~~Reka's thoughts~~

'Hajima...what she says...could it be true...? No...I'm not letting her kill Lee-kun!! It had nothing to do with it! My ancestor...his ancestor...that was different times...Why hold a long since past grudge against someone...?"

Reka's mind opened, "I've had enough..." Hajima grinned, "I haven't. I'll kill him and anyone else who gets in my way of destroying the Cloud! Even you...Dear Reka...I possess you...after your mother died...I used you as my shield...until you grew in power." Hajima shot a glance at Lee. "I'll be sure you'll die quick...and with no pain." Her gaze became murderous.

Hajima jumped into the air and disappeared from sight. Out of nowhere, three hits and a face view of her as she kicked Lee at the joint of the neck. Whether or not he blocked it, Reka's confusion strengthened Hajima's goal. To Kill Lee.

IC: Juun looked really shocked as Reka's lavender hair turned black, her steel-blue eyes turned red, and her nails turned claws. She hunched over as she was laughing. Then she spoke, "About time..." She hissed. She glanced up looking at Juun, "You...are my target." She stood up, pointing at him. She gave an evil grin as she began to build up black Chakra.

Negi stopped, "Oh no...reka." He looked up as he whispered her name.

Juun backed up, "What...the..." Reka grinned, "A monster!? I can hear what you think. tsk tsk...looks like poor child won't be coming out anytime soon...That tamer isn't here....gave a nice little mark...ah well...time to die!" Her eyes widen with pleasure of punching Juun fly across the castle halls. He landed hard, but got up only to have a hand planted in his chest. "Now how's gonna die...?" She licked her lips as she released him and did a backflip gracefully from him. "Heheh...she's crying..." Hajima began to laugh. "She crying...!!! Reka, dear, did you NOT know that he thought of you that way?? Kai and Lee are going to kill you!!!" She began to laugh even more. "NO ONE WILL LOVE YOU!!!"

Juun held his chest, popping an healing pill, closing his wound. "What the hell...looks like your more than human...." He disappeared into the shadows. 'Looks like I was careless...I never knew she had that demon in her...'

IC: Reka looked at Seroshi. "So, that's how she was killed. Listen, I'm here as a friend and teammate to Herroki Lee. I am of the Konoha and Cloud. I have my right to know my place in this world too. My name's is Reka Chiyo Hyuuga. I have the Kekkai Genkai, Byakugan, the cursed demon, Hajima inside me. I know what death is, and I do not fear it." Her glaze lighten, "Chiharu, my aunt, told us to come here." She turned around and met with Juun. She gasped.

"WELL WELL WELL!!!!!!! Juun laughed. "Lookie what we have here." Juun grinned wickedly. "So...I'm right...Kabuto should have listened...Such a shame...." He sighed. "Looks like I'll kill you, Miss Hyuuga...and no one else, but that Sanin of a Hokage...is a threat. You...able to be ANBU...HAH!" He made a Snake stance. "Time to die." 

Reka, quickly did hand moves and thwarted his plans. "I won't have you destroying a building such as this. Orochimaru will never have the blood lines of my family nor Lee's!!!"

(Reka is a lil diffy though. since she has the Unrelenting, she's gonna kill Juun.) "Kai! Get Lee! You won't be able to handle this. AND QUICK!!!!"

Her threw her bandana off as a crimson/black symbol came to her. "I call upon those of the darkness....by the light...come forth and shed cloud upon the sky. With my blood...SEAL!" She drea kunai and cut herself. Her blood dropped on the Seal and it broke. Black light surrounded her and a gust of wind pushed Seroshi and Kai back. Close to Lee and Karin. In Kai's mind Reka said, "Hurry..."

OOC: She needs to use her power once. So in order for Kai to see it, since he hasn't seen it yet. Also, Lee needs to fight it and tame it. Hope this is all right. ^.^ Glad you back ^_^ 

OOC: I thought long and hard about where I wanted this to go and also I was away from the computer. So DON'T DIE ON ME!!!! we are going to see sasuke and this story is going to be really close to the show only a little different.

Lee: "k-chan, Your now a leader of a country who knew that little girly-girl who wanted to be married then lead would be a leader. you know this isn't a game of house you know."

Karin: *smiled* "what about you lee-kun, I hear their is a girl here with you you trying to show your girlfriend around your birthplace. pretty bold of you lee-kun."

kai have been in this castle before but never in the dark and it was in much better condition a year ago. "so we are here to learn about your mother huh." while walking he notice something was tailing them so hew took out his kunai only to be ambush my seroshi from behind. thankfully he saw him in his kunai and blocked it "who who are you."

Seroshi: huge sword almost cut kai in half if it wasn't for his split second guard. "What are you doing here?!? This is forbidden ground and no trespassing"

Kai: We are not here to attack you we are just here to learn about a curse here the jaken and unrelenting."

Seroshi: "what? those are demon blood. people with that curse will not last at all. The last ones I remember with that curse blood was herroki  and this other girl it was a shame what happen to their parents."

Kai: "What! what happen to lee's father." *dropping his guard*

Seroshi: "why should I tell you. you are not related to them"

Kai: "lee is my teammate"

Seroshi wasn't believing kai until some light came in and he got a good look and realize that these where the people with lee "You are, I have to apologize but this castle is under constant attack and I can never be to careful."

kai: Lee must be getting close he just found jakan's genjutsu what ever happen to lee's dad did he die did people try to kill them both because they might be dangerous.

 
lee was busy talking to seroshi he almost forgot why he came here "you know where Karin is seroshi-san?"

seroshi smiled "I thought you  had someone special from what I hear you came here with a girl."

lee blushing. "didn't the mission say to protect her?"

seroshi: "so you heard about that huh. you know how the villagers attack right well the ninjas with jakan are plainning to do the same. and there leader has power unlike anything I seen. they plain the raid the castle and kill her."

Lee: okay she is in the back right.  he nodded as he went to her room in the back she in a corner of the room so he use his ninja skills to get behind her with out her knowing and covered her eyes with his hands  "guess who this is k-chan."
