Reka sat back on her bed, "All right. As you well know, Lee and I grew up together. I was in care of healing Lee at his young age. As time grew we befriended each other. No matter what happened we both had each others backs. Though Lee did come out the victor most of the time. Negi trained him as well as I did. When I turned at the age of 10 I became Branded as a Branched Member of the Hyuuga Family. That is why the mark you see now is there, forever until I die. Years later we went to the school and met everyone we all know now."

She drew a breath. "I was 13... I was called by the Hokage herself and knew of my skills. I was a low rank of ANBU but was able to join. I smiled and declined. The Unrelenting is my forbidden technique in which only the Jagan, or Third eye, can smother. Only that power can tame that beast that seeks blood."

She smiled. "Last night, when I asked Lee to come talk to me alone, was something I wanted. To know not only where I stood, but to understand other feelings. And teamwork. I was the one who challenged, Herroki Lee, our teammate and friend, to a one on one match. He succeeded, because I faltered. I know my weaknesses and so does Lee."

She looked at Kai, "You know everything now." 

Reka looked at them all, still holding her forehead. "Kyo-sensei...you too?"

Kyo patted her head, "Yep. Glad you are awake, but you should have known there was a bar there."

Reka flinched and then smiled. "I feel relieved..."

Kyo looked at her. "What do you mean?" "You saw...so don't think you don't know, Kyo-sensei. No matter how tired I get, I felt you watching us."

He scratched his head. "Yeah...your right your right." He then sighed. "Do you get what you accomplished for, Reka?" Reka smiled brighter than ever, "Yes."

"Good. now that's settled, back to this little problem about 'teamwork'. Can you all three do that?" Kyo asked them. "I can. I have nothing to hold me back. Well...yeah I do, but I'll do my best." 'I feel alot better now. I know where I stand. I can take care of myself and fight too. Though...I have to get passed my bodyguard...'

She sighed. "Kai...Lee...can you two remember the first time we went to the School? Now look where we stand. A hell of a lot stronger now than then." She smiled her eyes filled with determination. "Juun and Sariel will more than likely show back up. When...no clue...but I know for one thing. And it's clear to me. I'll be sure to be there. And I'm helping. Teamwork. WE will defeat them. Not one. Not the other. All of us."

She stood up and stretched. "Honestly, I learned that last night...after I fought you, Lee." 

The next day~~~

Reka shifted in her bed as she didn't want to wake. Wait? Her bed? She shot up and then fell back down.

THUD!

"Ow ow ow ow ow ow ow!" She held her forehead as the stinging pain woke her.

Kyo smiled, "Rise and shine. The mission isn't over yet." Reka looked at Kyo. "I know..but ouch!"

It still throbbed. 

Reka shook her head. She kept her voice low, "not like it is with you..." She drew her last sentence for the night as she passed out.

"Oh boy.." Kyo scratched his head. "Looks like I have a problem on my hands." He headed back to keep guard on Toyoma. 

"He's called terms with me though. He'll say it over and over that I'm weak...I tired of it...I can prove him wrong, but with his speed...I can't catch up." Reka hunched over as her back began to hurt again. "ouch ouch.." She winced at the pain that shot down her back. She sighed as it went away. "Lee..." She couldn't form words. She looked at him, her faced, unmistakably covered in tears and sweat. 'I can't...I mustn't!! But I...want to say it...but I can't. I'm too much of a softly...'

She trembled as she wanted to get the words out. But she couldn't.

'I love you.'

Rang in her heart. 

Reka knew she had lost. They were indeed evenly matched. She opened her eyes and smiled, "You win."

"You already have that power to protect me. And if you are wondering I don't give up. Childish it maybe..." She closed her eyes and sat up, gritting her teeth, then looked at him, "I don't want to a shadow all my life!" She formed a fist in the gravel, holding back unwanted tears to fall. 

She stopped and smiled. "I don't need speed nor my eyes to stop this. Though this be your world, I see you. She closed her eyes and concentrated. She began to to have countless flash backs from their childhood, until just a moment go before this battle ensued. Her hands were in a sign position, but then her hands fell to her side. "Time...is right...Now!" She began a stomping  beat. But instead of just being noisy,  She cracked the darkness. "Overcoming fears...is another strength."

She then shattered the darkness. Though it wasn't easy. She fell to one knee, exerting herself to her limit. 'not now...'

Reka poofed after he was done. "I'm thinking like you now...strange isn't it? And I didn't even show you that little trick I have..." She was behind him. "I know you are the real Lee. Your clones don't have points...like you do." Her voice became very seductive. Very mature and haunting. She smirked. "Gentle Fist sytle: Hands of Judgment!" She combined her taijutsu and ninjustu together as one and focused all of his points at once. It looked like she teleported in front of him as she blasted him with pure Chakra. Strong Chakra which blew him into a tree.

She stood up. "If you have Chakra left then you haven't shown me what you can do Lee!" 

She flew in the air and landed on the ground. For a few seconds she didn't move, but life sprung back in her. 'He's toying with me...but like he said...he isn't holding back. I guess it's time to show what my dear half cousin taught me. Something Lee doesn't know.'

She stood up, feeling a major throb on her back. She stood straight and closed her eyes. "Nice one...but I'm not done yet." She began to glow a blue and white hue as her hands began to cut threw the air.

"A special technique...something that Negi-dono taught me." Her eyes opened, "But with a twist. MY twist."

The energy around her faded from the naked eyes and a barrier formed, "Now, catch me." She began to walk, then run towards Lee as her eyes became ever so determined. Drawing a kunai and a shuriken, she started to pick her pace up and it seemed like to go on forever. "24 left on your entire body." She was talking about his chakra points. "Here I come!" She had no name of her new ability, but it was a power house. 

Reka got caught. She smirked as the fire was burning the string. "Idiot."

"You should be more careful where you are at." She grinned more so that she disappeared from the fire and string's grasp.

She hid, knowing that he about to feel 3 points close. She jumped in front of him. "3 down." She smiled. 

She got his arms. "Careful on what you use." She got into her fighting style. 

She smiled, "Good. Then show it!" Instead of dodging the fireball and the kunais, she ran toward them, THEN dodging then. "By focusing my Chakra, I know your moves, Lee." her face was inches from his as she smirked. Then a crashing knee blow from her to Lee's stomach. She somersaulted away before he was able to counterattack.

"Your Jagan is very powerful indeed, but can you even try to make this interesting?" She smiled warmly as she stood there. 

Reka nodded. "As I won't either." She jumped down from the trees and fast and precise, her hands went fast. "Byakugan!" Her eyes went into that state where she could pin point all chakra flow. She stood in a fighting stance in front of Lee. "I won't back down." She began to emit Chakra from her own body.

"I've told you, I was able to become an ANBU, but I didn't. I felt that I wasn't capable to hold that much responsibility at that age. You'll see what I've been hiding....all these years."

'I best not overexert myself...Or I'll faint'

"Come at me!"
